1. Production Lead Time

Standard Orders: 7–12 business days after artwork approval.

Bulk/Complex Orders: 15–20 business days.

Note: Lead times may vary based on seasonal demand and order specifications.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time We offer several shipping options to balance cost and speed:

Express Shipping (DHL/FedEx/UPS): 3–7 business days. Best for samples and urgent small orders.

Air Freight: 7–12 business days. A balanced option for medium-sized shipments.

Sea Freight / Railway: 25–40 business days. The most cost-effective solution for bulk wholesale orders.

3. Tracking & Insurance Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email. We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value bulk orders to cover any unforeseen transit issues.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their destination country. We will provide all necessary commercial invoices and packing lists to facilitate smooth customs clearance.
